for motion sickness there are wrist bands that you can buy at the drug store that have the part of the snap that sticks out
on the package they show you on what part of the wrist to put then on it works on pressure points they help me
to settle an upset tummy i use 8 oz or peppermint leaves and 8 ox lemon balm leaves and 8oz fennel seeds use one tsp of the mixture per cup of boiling water steep for ten min then strain this combination of healing plants alleviates and soothes the intestinal lining

Some people find ginger to helpful for motion sickness. The Chinese Navy was given ginger pills to help them establish sea legs.
Ginger can be a powerful herb. I would consult an herbalist and your primary healthcare practitioner before using any herbal supplement.
