I have a ravenheat combi boiler RSF100ET we have recentley had the thermostate replaced and now the boiler reaches the max cut off temperature on the presure gage after about 30 mins and then cuts off to cool down so we only get 30 mins constant radiator heat, could anyone tell me what the problem could be?

It happened to me on my water heater. Either the temperature is set too high and needs to be lowered so not to reach its cut off or it was installed improperly. My thermostat was set close to 200 F and it needed to be down around 110 F. Either way if you contact the company that installed it they should be able to take care of it for you.

You are getting temperature from a pressure gauge? You better change that guage.

Check for proper water flow. If the flow has slowed for some reason, it will overheat. Check to make sure the thermostat is not set too high.
