Can someone enlighten me on this topic?
Its a friend who still uses protection even tho they are 6 months pregnant and her and her husband are clean
Its not really any of my business so i cant openly ask them why they do and feel so niave about the topic
It just doesnt make sense - can someone please fill me in?

semen causes women to dilate not only that but you don't want that stuff up in there its really each to get infections. plus condoms aren't as messy as normal sex.

B.C the ejaculate is gross and it makes discharge the next day soooo nasty.
I either make my poor hubby pull out or wear a condom. Selfish I know, but now that Im preggo...its just not the same the next day.
Thats prob why.
p.s- if she was open enough to tell you they use condoms and are STD free....why can you ask her why?? They obviously didnt use them BEFORE, thus why shes pregnant.

Maybe they have some strange belief. The sperm is supposed to carry a substance that can cause preterm labor and this would not be wanted if she has a history of premie babies. So if you are talking about condoms this is possible.

makes noooo sense. Maybe you should just tell them they can't get pregnant while they're pregnant. That's so funny though. THat's one of the nice things about pregnancy - No More Condoms!! lol

Maybe she doesnt like the feeling of stuff dripping out while she is running around.

Maybe she is just a very clean individual that doesnt like to get her underwear wet.
maybe it feels better for the guy. They do say that when one is pregnant it feels different down there and therefore he might not like that feeling and the condom makes it feel like before.
??? who knows.

Either neatness or they just want to use one just for the hell of it. But that seems kind of pointless anyway. And you're wasting money unless you got the condoms free or something.

bacterial vaginosis!! yeast infections... there are a number of reasons why you would choose to use condoms when you and your partner are proven "clean" and are currently pregnant.

well i would think it would be so that she did not get semen inside her. maybe she does not like that feeling. or it could be that she is dry inside due to being pregnant and likes the lubrication on the condom.

You never know if her husband will cheat. Sometimes, you can test negative for certain STD's but can still have one.

well it keeps the sperm from the cervix which can cause labor. my ob encouraged us to use a condom to hold off labor if we did have sex maybe that is why
