I did the order online from Pizza hut twice. The first delivery guy just had me sign the recipt the second guy took and impression of my card and now I have $350 of charges. I called the national customer service and they said it is policy to take an impression just wanted to see if others have had impression taken.

Turns out it was one of the employees that did do the charge. I've filed a police report and all the fund stuff. Now i'm dealing with my bank because it was a debit card not a credit card. I'm also looking into what Pizza Hut's liability in all this. I'm an auditor and i must say I would never let a client have this as a policy..

This sounds like fraud. Take the police report to your bank and tell them you want to claim MasterCard or Visa zero liability policy and take your debit card. You should get your money bank in seven days. They will issue a new card. They may charge you a replacement fee.

Don't ever let impression be done with the deliver driver. Refuse to do this. This is not allowed except if they have no power and at the merchants location.

Yes, they have taken an impression with my card which I don't trust, which is why I only pay with cash now.

Did you describe the person to Pizza Hut so that they could look into the matter?

I worked at a pizza place, and we only took impressions when our computers/ phone lines were down.
