I finished my cycle of clomid. My doctor gave a follow up appt for February 2, 2007. I went to see him on January 5, 2007, that's when he prescribed clomid. I ovulate on my own and my periods are regular. I had a hysterosalpingiogram in 2004 and it came out normal, but I have not been able to conceive.

Can anyboy suggest anything?

well he may have prescribed clomid because it will make you produce more eggs better chance of getting pregnant, has your husband been checked??? very important and don't fall for the line that well he has enough sperm we can work with. I went through so many tests. too many to go into but it all came down to my husband having a twisted spermodic cord a very simple surgery compared to the tests women go through after 20 plus years of trying to conceive 3 months after this surgery I was pregnant.

Don't be discouraged the first month. I too took clomid with both my pregnancies. It took a few months the first time and I had my little girl. The second time it took a month, and I had twin boys. Multiples are a strong possibility on clomid, so just be aware of that. I know how discouraging it can be trying to get pregnant but have fairth and I'm sure it will happen. Good Luck!

I am not for sure what you question is. However, I have a clomid baby! I took clomid for one month - i had regular periods but could not get pregnant after 2 years and i couldnt keep the baby. I had lost one in february. I had 50 mg given to me and got pregnant after they first month. He also gave me pojesterone pills which ensured me that I would not have another loss.
I wish you the best.

Keep trying, I took Clomid and it did not work either. I know a lady friend and she though her and her husband couldn't conceive because they tried for 3 years and nothing, then the next month she missed her period and WALA she was preggers, keep trying, don't stress out, have a good time and it will happen.

Im sorry yet...isnt the norm for commencing clomid on days 3 throu 7 OR days 5 by 9 of your cycle? no longer on the 1st day of your era. in spite of everything, wait yet another day or 2. you would be purely a tad too early.
