I sincerely hope you DO NOT mean HIGH from drugs? If you are referring to whether you are carrying your baby HIGH or LOW, it's probably to early to tell. I carried my last baby high, he pushed my stomach right up under my ribs, I ate all the time cause I couldn't eat a lot at one time.....hope this helps :)

Usually when you are 1 month along your uterus is below your pubic bone. You may be able to feel it if you push hard enough just over your hair line or if you lay on your stomach.
At one month your baby is barely visable on an ultrasound and therefore you can't really say where in the sack it is.

Can the baby be high in the sack? Too small to really be anywhere. Can the baby GET high in the sack...no question.
Perhaps rephrase or add details.
