You just need a bulb. Might be the front or the rear. go to the parts store and buy a new turn signal bulb. Put your turn sinal on and change the bulb iin either the front or the rear. If you install it and it doesn't fix it then replace the other bulb. Meaning if you replace the rear bulb and it doesn't flash put the old bulb back in and replace the front one. One of those is your problem

Everyone else has already stated it, but it is a bulb burnt out on the left side of the vehicle. This is a feature that was installed on vehicles (can't remember when they started doing it) to notify the driver that a bulb was out. On some vehicles, the turn signal stays on constantly. On other vehicles, the turn signal pulses faster than normal. Both are indicators of the same - you have a burnt bulb.

No burnt fuse you need a bulb. One of your bulbs is burnt. Get a friend and go threw all the lights one of them is burnt. Do not forget to turn on your lights also. When doing this test.

Fuse is okay if the right side works.

I would check the left side bulbs. It sounds like one of them is out or has a bad connection.
