What can I do or hint around for him to do to help his breath. He flosses and brushes his teeth, before bed and again in the morning. It's kind of embarrassing to be around him, I also have a 5 year old nephew who likes to tell him he has stinky breath. At first he didn't believe him, but I think more and more he does. Anyone know any solutions for him....Thanks!

If it's that bad and he doesn't know it, then he obviously won't take little hints. You need to confront it straight on. Maybe he needs to see a dentist. Does he brush his teeth and tongue well and floss. I'd be doing something about it. I mean, that would be hard to kiss.

He probably has gingivitis. He should be seen by the dentist. My friend had that and he had the smelliest breath. Listerine works really good for that. If nothing is helping him, he should go to the dentist!

Every behavior has a consequence. Keep his head out from between you legs. No wait. What am I saying? That would probably make his breath sweeeeeeet.

It could be a problem with sinuses or his tonsils in addition to dental issues. Tell him to see a Dr or Dentist to be evaluated.

He might have acid build up- he should consult his dentist, or his physician, because it may point to a much bigger problem.

Whenever he opens his mouth, just throw a mint into his mouth and pretend you did it on accident.
