i used to play mortal kombat trilogy with my brother. it was great. and i downloaded ultimate mortal kombat 3 off of the 360 arcade. which do u like? after trilogy i believe they made them 3d. how many people buy them? i dont think i like them. how bout u?

i used to love the older mortal kombats. the 2d ones. once they went 3d they sort of sold out. why fix something that isnt broken. i dont like the new ones.

the newer mortal kombats are awesome u should get mortal kombat armageddon it has every character from trilogy plus
new characters and konquest mode u start walking around with the the main character andfighting as u walk around its realy
fun.the other mode is were u get to kreate your own mk charater
and a mini game thats called motor kombat u race with gocarts.hope this helps

the newer mortal kombat has its good and bads, it allows you to use more of your surrounding when it comes to defense and attack, however it does screw up the squating and jumping.
