rhianne is best, if that was a list my friend gave me to choose a name from, that would be my choice.

Why does she need to decide now, it might be obvious when the baby is born! She might look like a Tegan, or a Hannah, or Keira!
You get 6 weeks to register the baby's name! Try them out!!!!
My son was 4 weeks before he had a name!!! We were much better with our daughter though - she was 2 weeks when we were sure of hers! We wanted to be sure we were making the right decision - the child is stuck with it - it's a big decision!
Anyway - I like Keira best, Tegan is second! (Both were on the list for my daughter!)

Skye - ripe for harassment
Tegan & Rhianne - HUH / weird
Hannah - sounds like an old lady
Alba - HUH / weird
Remember, kids will deal with nansty kids at school. If there is a slight possibility to get teased by their name, it will happen. That is really hard on a kid. If the name is "unique" or spelled strange, that also can be a problem.
Parents may love a name but consider the child as they are growing up.

I love Skye, Hannah and Alba which I suppose would work cos your not actually in Scotland now!
I'm from Scotland and liked Skye becuase its after the island up north which is just perfect!
Tegan and Rhianne to me are a bit chavvy IMHO.

My boyfriend is set on calling our next baby Skye (presuming we have a girl of course!) But I can't stand it... Think it sounds council estateish (no offense!)
As does Tegan (in the area I'm from anyway) though I LOVE that name!
Out of that list I'd choose Alba, as It's different, though it all depends on the Surname.
It's true that she will know what her name should be when she see's her!
Pass on my good luck x

She can give the child the name Keira as a second name.
Alba is a lovely name, it is different but not weird. Its what I would choose.
Hannah is a very popular name, but does she want a popular name for her child?

Tegan is nice but she needs to see her baby first all 4 of my kids looked nothing like the name we'd picked before they were born.

I like Keira the best! Sorry I know that doesn't help too much. Rhianne is a close second.

It depends on the surname? But definitely not Alba, not very feminine, and the way it is pronounced means that people will always say it wrong. Take it from a person with an unusual name, very annoying!!!
