in Super Bowl XVIII, Derrick Jensen of the Raiders blocked a punt and recovered it for a touchdown, but that's not quite the same.
there have been a number of kickoff returns for touchdowns in the Super Bowl, and Desmond Howard was the game MVP in Super Bowl XXXI for the Packers, in large part due to his 99 yard kickoff return for a TD.
