Its weird like a hot and cold water/air tap in your mouth

I will try to answer this, not sure if I am right or not.

I believe a lot of it has to do with where the air is being expelled from. When you perse, it comes from air in your mouth and nasal area known as your concha's (Superior/medial/inferior) where air cirulates and heated some what. This is why you should breath through your nose when it is cold.

When you open your mouth and push air out. This air is coming from within the lung cavity (pleur's) where the air will be a tad hotter due to enviroment and has been there longer leaving it a chance to heat up.

Thats my best guess.

wel it has all to do with the speed in which the air is being blown see when ur just breathing then ur internal body heats up the air but when u blow the air becomes cooler it kinda like on a hot summer day where is hot and sticky but when u get in a convertable and ur on the highway the air get cooler it kind the same but with human functions
