Cristiano Ronaldo is 21 year old, so that makes Cesc Fabregas the best teenager in EPL. Fabregas' form has been excellent this season, and he will continue to excel in years to come.

Cesc Fabregas by a country mile! I've never seen a player so young control a game like he can - not even Ronaldo & Rooney (when they were teens) He dictates the play, his range of passing is awesome, everything about him is awesome - and he cost £250,000!!! 250,000!! he's worth at least £25m now!! And he's only gonna get better!
