Go to Poetry.com.They have a place where you can submit your poems, and they often picks ones they think are good and offer to publish them in a book.

You have a couple choices:

Magazines
Books

For magazines you just need one and submit to the publishers where with a book you need to submit many to compile into a Poetry book.

The best thing to do is research. Get the Writers Market. This is a book that tells you who is accepting what and how to go about submitting your work. It is not easy and takes a lot of work and you will get many rejections. But all it takes is one Publisher to like your work and you will get a call. It is very time comsuming so make sure you have the time and the money for 100's of stamps to send off samples of your poems.

Good Luck
