seems to me i remember them complaining about that too when it was done.
and why would they support it? they dont think iraq is linked with terrorism then they cant support attacking afghanistan.
afghanistan wasnt used any more than iraq was for middle east terrorists.

The liberals have hated the military since Kennedy was in Office. They have a history of gutting the military every chance they get. JFK would role over in his grave if he could see what his party starting with his brother is doing to this country.

The government did not fund OBL. The CIA funded the native mujaheddin not those that came in from other places. OBL's fighting force consisted of 35,000 foreigners and the CIA did not give them a dime. They may have had some money funneled to them but the CIA did not directly support OBL or Al Qaeda.

Supporting the war in Afghanistan and supporting the war in Iraq are two different issues., just because this President Bush took the opportunity to intertwine the two did not make it right.
We took out the Taliban government because they backed a terrorist leader that was behind 911. That invasion was consequences of that country support of bin laben.
and for the most part a democratic Afghanistan is growing because of its people . that country has been in turmoil almost since the birth of it country.
it is a country that was basically run by warlords toppling warlords and wanting a democratic run government is the reason America has fighting chance in that region
The opposite is not true of Iraq, not because it has more terrorist . it because they can not grasp the philosophy between the separation of church and state. The United State topples Saddam Hussein's dictatorship. But in order for a democratic government the people need to want it , and not many do. unlike Afghanistan Iraq is divided by many ethnic groups and religious philopshy
a civil war was inevitable ,and which ever side wins will determine Iraqis government. unfortunately the U.S did not take this into account and have brought about a greater hatred upon themselves in that region. If the United States is to remain and protect a democratic run goverment The U.S will suffer many more casualities. a democratic run goverment can not suceed unless the iraqi poeple can believe in sepration of church and state.

Why do you presume liberals lie when they say they support the war in Afghanistan.
I am a liberal, I am opposed to all acts of violence, and I thought the violence in Afghanistan was horrible.
I do not follow your logic. You say that because we believe there is no connection between Iraq and terrorism, then liberals shouldn't support the attacks on Afghanistan. I don't understand what you are trying to say here.
First. It was a known fact that Al Qaeda had terrorist training camps in Afghanistan. President Bill Clinton ordered the bombing of these training camps, for which he was highly criticized by Republicans. We also know that the Taliban was an oppressive regime that supported Al Qaeda. Finally, Osama Bin Laden, the alleged mastermind behind 9-11, was hiding out in Afghanistan.

I keep in mind that some retaining one become obviously state subsidized terrorism & the different turned right into a lot less sparkling that Saddam become sponsoring terrorism outdoors of Israel. The frame of mind of terrorism has a tendency to be create a robotic that a million can redirect at will. The left says that the military falls lower than a similar umbrella. Having been interior the military, i have got here across them a lot less robotic them the left paints them. Their leaders both military & civilian are more suitable moral as well. Even with out that reported, there nonetheless is the left searching over the shoulder to concentration on each step/misstep of the U. S. military. in my opinion no matter if the front into Iraq become splendid is immaterial. it will be unethical to leave the Iraqi human beings in worst structure than we got here across it. Rebuilding the infrastructure isn't what i'm speaking about. If the Iraqi human beings particularly wish the coalition to leave that is really interior of Iraqi fingers. If peace broke out of their united states of america for A 12 months & then the inhabitants voted the coalition out, interior of an more suitable 6 months they'd be completely directing their personal united states of america. It doesn't look outdoors impacts have self belief the worthiness of their reason to allow this to take position. they prefer is instigate sectarian violence! should you imagine the conflict is about oil, evaluate this: If the coalition captures each and each of the oil, it would nonetheless ought to percentage it. For the first international to both produce & promote it is products needs ability. with out an economically achievable replace for fossil fuels, the first international's monetary device is in all probability to spiral down the monetary device of 1850 through 2050. this may negate city existence.

Both Liberals and Conservatives are anti-American. Politics is a food fight at a prep school, which should be Columbined.
Afghanistan should be partitioned, giving parts to Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tazhikistan, and Pakistan. Also, Iran and the Taliban, who hate each other, should be given their parts.
All Islam is the enemy of all mankind. Partition will keep the Muzzies pre-occupied with an endless civil war that can only benefit civilized nations.

Hey I'm a liberal an I support war in Waziristan where the terrorist live.
I also support developing a legal morphine business in Afghanistan. Pharmaceutical companies pay US farmers to grow poppies. Why not out source the poppies to where the expert growers are.
If you read the government guidelines for growing dope in America. It's close to impossible to meet the security standards. So grow it in Afghanistan.

Um, you don't know that Osama Bin Laden was in Afghanistan, the Taliban in Afghanistan supports him, that their were major AL Queda training camps in Afghanistan, that Al Queda did 9/11?
Most democrats voted to send troop to Afghanistan because of all of the above.
You are FOS and can't tell me what I think or what I support.

Afghanistan ran several Al Queda training camps and Bin Ladin was hiding there until Bush let him get away. Any other false statements you want to make, Sparky?
Bin Ladin admitted he was reponsible, Einstein. He's the guy with the long beard that you see on tv sometimes.
