Never go to bed angry at the other partner?

You owe it to your fabulous self (and the other party too) to retire without a heavy heart and with peace of mind.

Plus, life is too beautiful and short to spend on negative emotions. As FCEM says, "there are worse things in the life."

It is very important to discuss issues because things might get worse if you just let them slide and move on without properly addressing them.

You don't have to be instantly and 100% okay with the object of your emotion, but at least give it a chance (at least with yourself) to process what happened, and find ways to resolve the matter. I have recently learned the importance of self-reflection and humility and how much they can help one's intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.

At the end of the day, we realize that it is wise advice to never let the sun go down on our anger. Again, life is too beautiful and short to spend on negative emotions. It could be worse you know, so BE HAPPY. (",)

Because most people can't get a good night's sleep if they go to bed angry. If they 'try' to do that, it also seems to make the 'thing they're angry about' get BIGGER, so they're even MORE angry the next day. Sometimes, though, even in the best relationships, you'll probably go to bed 'angry' with your partner ... so it's up to you as an individual to decide whether it is something you need to 'talk out' with him/her, or if you need to 'end the relationship' or if you can 'just forget it because it's really very small' ... and it is up to YOU to 'follow through' because if you don't then the person you are angry with might not have a clue, and it takes two people to 'work anything out' properly. (And sometimes it takes three people ... with that 'third' person being ONLY a 'counselor' and NOT your 'best friend, mother, child, etc.)

Well, b/c first of all, you never know what will happened while you two are sleep or even after. Going to sleep mad at your partner is a very bad thing, trust me I know!!! It's almost like telling someone you hate them and then later on that day something happens to that person and you probably will never forgive yourself of that!!!

Settle your differences before falling asleep so you don't wake up still angry and allowing this to fester up inside you. This is a very mature and realistic way to view things but sadly it often does not take place in a lot of relationships.

Because you can't sleep well, you wake up in a bad mood. But never stay up all night fighting. Hug, and go to sleep.
