Not at all. Sure, its a little weird, but certainly isn't illegal. Not every family can afford a place large enough for everyone to have their own rooms.

No. I've never heard of parents being arrested for having a son and daughter share the same room. It would be awkward for the kids, but not illegal.

I dont believe it is illegal, however common sense would tell you that you shouldn't allow it once they are past 5 or 6 years old at the most.
