what is the type of bird that pretends it is hurt to trick predators to underestimate it then fly away at the moment the predator is about to strike ? i forgot what it is called...

First one that pops into mind here in florida is the kildeer.... or is it killdeer.... one or the other.

ther are few types of bird that do this...normally ground nesting birds that are trying to entice predators away from the nest in Britain the lapwing uses this behaviour

Many bird species will do this. Most common are ground nesters such as the Common Nighthawk, and many shorebirds.
