Same thing happens to me man, especially after a great workout. I was taking supplements, nothing crazy, just creatine, but I would itch everywhere, especially on my hands. My doc told me I was fine, just wasn't sure why it only happened when I worked out. I would just talk to a doctor to make sure. Nothing too wrong with you though, so don't worry too much.

i are in england my son had the very same problem he went to see skin spesialist and he gave him couse of like steroid oitment to put on and cleared it streight up and he had been seeing a doctor for 9 mnths so i would go see you doc as could be some kind of allergy think that what my sons was.good luck.

I get that badly with soap and water went doc's and he said its poisons being released from your body especially alcohol.He gave me diprobase cream spread it all over, just before a shower too sounds daft I know, but it works. what I found out for myself was witch hazel dabbed on itchy parts instant relief.

Do you take niacin? This sounds like the delayed "prickly heat" effect that niacin causes.

Your allegeric to something. Drink tea. Maybe that will help. Lots of liquid.
