I rip and bleed after sex, it stings afterwards. I have seen the nurse and gp and was told there is nothing that can be done other than to use plenty of lubrication. Can anybody recommend anything to me to stop this from happening to me?

EEEwww. He isn't getting you aroused. Use lube until he figures out what he's doing.

Use Astroglide as a lube. Try stretching with some sex toys, increasing the size gradually.
Good arousal techniques and lots of time will help also.

My wife of 16 years has had this problem since we met (I'd like to say it's because I'm so huge, but I'm normal and she's just tiny).

Anyway, lubrication and very gentle entry are the keys. Also, more frequent sex helps - if we go a couple of weeks without intercourse, I have to be very careful.

Why are you asking us this, when you just said you saw a nurse and a doctor? Don't you trust their advice?

Better be careful, the last time this happened to me it turned out it was herpes.

Well you could do the same thing when you "prepare" your self for having a baby.. Insert one or 2 fingers inside yourself, and slowly and gently stretch it. Not to fast and not to hard. I think it is just because your "cha cha" (lol) is small and you need to stretch it. Keep doing that until your use to it. eventually you will be stretched enough to be OK while having sex. good luck and take your time.
