I like my job cause it's convenient but it has no room and no chance for advancement. I like my bosses, but I don't get along with a co-worker. She drives me insane and we are the only ones in the office, so I have to deal with her everyday. It's a small company and I feel I can't work like this anymore. What should I do? How should I quit?

I agree that you should talk to the co-worker and then the boss to try to work out your differences, but if that doesn't work, then I would definitely look for another job. I'd also make sure I had a job offer before I gave my 2 week written notice that I was resigning. In your letter thank the boss for the opportunity to get experience, but mention that you are trying to increase your chances for advancement.

Do you have another job lined up ? Don't put yourself in a situation where money can become an issue. If you are really ready to quit because of a co-worker than talk to your bosses, they might be able to help, but again, make sure you are ready to be jobless.

First of all you should know in what way your job is convenient, if you think that is way to convenient for you and your family, then you shouldn't give up. But if you will have any other better opportunity in other jobs, then you shouldn't get no more stress from your co-worker.

I would make every effort to try & get along with the co-worker. That said, meet with your bosses to make absolutly sure there is no room for advancement. If its positive there isn't, tell them you must find different employment with advancement opportunities. I would not tell them about your difficulties with the co-worker, it would appear petty.

If talking with your coworker does nothing, you really should speak with your boss. If you do decide to quit, be kind and give 2 weeks notice. If they ask why, be sure to tell them because if she's a problem for you, she's likely to be a problem for others which is not good for the company.

Just submit a letter of resignation...give your employers at least 2 weeks notice....maybe in your letter you can express gratitude for the experience and your positive relationships with your bosses but say that you are looking for additional career opportunities...you don't have to go in detail though...a simple letter will do
