How can I make space on my website for people to submit their email address to receive a newsletter from me?

I use dreamweaver to manage my site and I want to be able to send out announcements.Are there any free builds out there that you might know of that will compile my list when people input their email addresses? Thanks!!

You're looking for what's called an E-mailing system.
Sounds complicated but really it's just a PHP script
that will send out E-mails to who ever you have specified
in a list.
