There are four movies out so far.
(Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, and Goblet of Fire.) The fifth (Order of the Phoenix) will be out 7/13/07 in the U.S.
There will be seven movies in total since there [will be] seven books.

There will be a total of seven movies to match each book. 4 have already been released, the 5th comes out this summer and the last 2 are in pre-production at this time.
