I HAVE A COMPANY AND I CAN'T FIND NO WHERE HOW TO GET MY PLAYGROUND MULCH CERTIFIED I HAVE CALLED ALL OVER AND ALL THE DIFFERENT WEB SITES AND NO LUCK.

I would check with your county extension office. They might not be able to "certify" it themselves, but often they are able to refer callers to the appropriate office.

Certified? That it is mulch?, sounds like a scam to get your money. Tell you what, send me 50 bucks and I'll send you a piece of paper saying "Yep its mulch all right"

certified for what? If some one is telling you it has to be certified, then ask them by who? That is how you find the answer. Or call the local health department.
