Kind of need more Info, Make Model, What the Wireless info in the Manual Says, what You are sending from, What is your output ( landline Fax, Internet Fax)

Brother MFC 640CW is an excellent WiFi all in one scanner/fax/printer. You'll at least need a wireless router and a PC to temporarily hook it up to via USB. The software should automatically configure the wireless settings for you (if that computer is connected to the router wired or wirelessly), then you can unplug the USB and hook it up anywhere you want.
