I would not call it a fetish but I wear many, many different styles (all considered men's underwear).
My favorite on other guys is a jock. My favorite on me are a 2xist pair I recently got. But my favorite for me changes each season.

Guilty as charged. I love the boxer-briefs because of the way they hug you and the way they look on a guy. I sometimes end up buying more underwear than I have room for.

Dang! I think I might have the fetish... I tend to wear those contour briefs... You know the ones that make your bulge look bigger. My new favorite brand is C-in2 but before my favorite was CK.

I like the new Aussie Bum type.."wonder jocks". The TV ad is HOT.
And the leather jocks with zippers and other fancy accessories....
