well i live here and i love it, you have the beach the mountains all right here! the traffic dosent suck everywere and there are plenty of parts with open space, i've grown up here and i wouldnt have it any other way

Oh my God, I love all of Cali, north, south, east west. But South Cali is so beautiful! I love it and I miss it.

I'm from Southern Cali now living in Northern Cali...I think socal has its good points like my family living there for one..and where else can you go skiing in the morning (Big Bear) and swimming in the Ocean in the afternoon? I don't miss the smog, the traffic...(Vegas Traffic on the 15 yuck!) The plus for norcal.....there's actually blue skies...yeah for fresh air!

im from northern california
and southern california only looks good from far, ya the beach is good and sure theres LA and disneyland, but it gets old after a while.
been there plenty of times.

I grew up there. I liked the weather for the most part. The smog sucked but I lived through it.

I lived in Carmel in the mid seventys; I loved it; it was a very beautiful place.

As a resident, I don't really like it.
Too crowded, too expensive, too much traffic, not enough open space.
The weather's nice though...
