To me being a mother is everything beautiful in this world wrapped up into these precious little children
Being a mother is getting kicked in the ribs for 5 months and smiling about it.
is going through the worst pain you've ever felt to look into those eyes and say "I'd do it again tomorrow"
is knowing how to change a diaper with one hand.
is listening to your baby breath on the monitor at 3 am
is reading the same book for an entire year.
is a hug around the knees.
is planning their birthday for 2 months only to forget your own.
is dancing to the "Doodlebops" 99 times a day
is watching Barney instead of All my Children and actually getting into it!!
is always eating your food last and cold.
is having a special moment between you and your husband only to realize its become a group hug.
is Eating Macaroni 5 times a week.
is saying "It's Beautiful!" and hanging it on the fridge with pride even though you dont know what it is.
is not sleeping for.....FOREVER!
is spending your weekends at Chuck E Cheese.
is having movie night consiting mostly of Disney.
is realizing what you thought was important in life actually isnt at all.
is the magic kiss that heals all owies.
is a digging the toilet paper out of his mouth since it seems to be his favorite food.
is the first kick, first smile, first laugh, first step, first anything.
is your child pointing to a picture of a super model and saying "mama".
is looking at your husband and thanking him in your heart for giving you these 2 precious souls
is wanting to strangle the little monsters one second and thinking they were sent from heaven the next.
is calling your husband "Daddy" in front of a huge group of people
is a peanut butter kiss, a syrup kiss, a chocolate kiss, any kind of kiss.
is hearing your daughter say "Mommy your my best friend"
is when Bert & Ernie replace Brad Pitt &Tom Cruise
is wearing a baby on your hip as an accesory.
is knowing how to get out amoxicillin stains.
is a bouquet of weeds just for Mommy.
is the smell of a baby's neck.
is when the thought of your children can bring a strong woman to tears.
is saying no at the right times when it's easier to say yes.
is saying yes at the right times when it's easier to say no.
is looking into their big, blue eyes and not remembering life before them.
Being a mother is the best thing in the world hands down!!

To me is Protection , Love, careness, respect, and lots of fun!!!!
I love being a mom I have 2 kids 2 and 6 and soon my thrid will be arriving and as for my first 2 I can't live with out them, they are very lovely to me and I like to have fun with them and help my oldest with homework and stuff... my youngest is very active boy so sometimes he gets on my nerve but he has a special way to make me laugh all the time and not get mad a t him.. Of course I'm also an strict mom with them and I do punish them when they need too... That's what I think about motherhood and about being a mom.... A mummy should be always fro your baby no matter what, babies are angels that change your life in so many ways and are always full of love !!!! :)

Motherhood to me is different now that my kids are both teens than when they were babies. As babies, it was easy. All I had to do was be in the room and they were happy, now I'm there to hand out money and discipline. Being a good mother to me means being there for your children, and that doesn't mean you have to be a stay-at-home mom, just one that is there to talk and spend time with the children whenever possible but not 24/7. I'm against being friends with your children, which is what I tried. Now that I have a disciplinarian problem with my eldest, I realize I should have been more of a tough-love mom, rather than a "cool mom" and "friend". And since each child is different in personality there's no one on here that can give you a cookie-cutter perfect way of being a good mom, you have to adjust with each child.

motherhood means to me raising a family and giving them your best!
I LOVE BEING A MOM!!! I feel wonderful when I see my son smile at me...it's the best thing in the world!!
I will always do what I can for him.

Wow, that's a huge question. What is a mom? Well, I suppose moms are cooks, maids, psychologists, detectives, chauffeurs, teachers, goddesses, basketcases, nutrutionists, psychics, bankers, therapists, personal trainers...
We wear lots of hats because we have to. If we don't know all the answers, we go find them. We beat back the monsters under the bed, and we make sure Baby eats his vegetables. It's hard work and relentless, but the payoff is watching your polite, happy children grow up with respect and love for you and Daddy, themselves, their families and their friends.
A good mom does her best. She's not perfect, but she gives it her all. Sometimes she's soft and snuggly, sometimes she's hard and has to lay down the law. But a good mom for a baby is there, present for all of the discoveries, guiding Baby on the way to a safe, loving and reasoning childhood the best she can.

Mptherhood to me means being the best mom that you can be, because your baby depends on you and solely on you for support and well being, you are his/her only key to learning things that wrong or right it's up to you to teach them everything that that they know and don't know. I love being a mom I have a little boy he is 10 months old and the light of my life I just had him when I turned 36 years old I had a stillborn in 2003 so having him was a joy and I Thank God every day for him he is a blessing.

I never wanted children and I never thought that I would be a mom. I LOVE IT. my little guy is 12 weeks and hes the best thing that has ever happened to me. I would do it over again any day. Its hard work yes but so rewarding in the long run. I love being a mommy!

It means everything. Since becoming a mother that is all my life is about my son. Just to see him smile or hear him laugh and tell me i love you the mostest mommy, it better then any thing eles on earth. I love being a mother, i completed my life. I think being a good mom is raising your child so that you know it will be a healthy happy responsible member of society.

I love being a mom. It is so amazing to watch my little guy grow up and see him discover the world and develop his personality. It is the most stressful but most rewarding job I have ever had. I believe being a good mom is just loving your children, providing for them the best you can, give them the tools and lessons to help them become amazing adults.
I read a quote once that said "when you become a mother you give your heart permission to live outside your body" I love this quote and think it is so sweet and very accurate

Being a Mommy is hugs & kisses, loves & misses!! I have a 3 yo, a 8 month old, & one on the way. Being a Mom is showing them love, unconditional, unbound, love. I am there when they are happy and sad....good or bad....supporting them emotionally, physically, and finacially. I love my angels.....
