i bought a new Dell desktop. i think i derleated the printer by mistake. It says no printers. Help Please!

Re-install the drivers from the disk that should have come with either your system or the printer.
If none, then go to the printer's website, (whatever the brand printer you have), and go to it's "Customer Support" section and download/install it.
If you aren't savvy enough to do this yourself, find a neighbor or friend that is, and have that person do it for you.

The printer should be plug & play. Reconnect it to the computer and see if it pops up as new hardware found. if that doesn't work,
go to control panel,
add hardware,
if not on the list, choose add a new hardware device,
choose search for and install the hardware
if not on the list, browse the list for the name of your printer under printers.

It should have come with an install disk. If it did not, or you don't have it, all manufacturers have 'install files' on their websites that you can download free to your computer, and then use to install your printer. Try that.

start settings printers if old one still there delete the add new pc should do all the work
