I have been to the doctors numerous times abou this problem. They've dun blood pressure n blood tests for anemia but nada! I had flu a couple of weeks back, yet my partner who also had it is not gettin the dizziness. It comes on for no reason n is driving me crazy!!! I have 3 boys to take care of n I always worry that I am going to faint!! ...My diet is not like others but that is due to underlying medical problems that doesn't help , yet I have lived with it for 6 years and they have never bothered me b4..if anything it is better. But I cannot determine what is causing it, and neither can doctors. I have been told I have wax build up...cud this be it? It also gets worse when I am upset or stressed/angry. I hope anyone someone out there can help or give me some advice..Thanks!!

Really all I am going to say is eat plenty of green vegetables..plenty of the broad leaf kind. Such as Kale, cabbage, spring greens. You will notice a difference in hours believe me.

Poor you. I've been feeling like that for along time and my doctor says I've just got to live with it! Someone suggested that when I feel like that to breath into a paper bag, even though it doesn't take away the symptoms completely I've found that it does help me a little bit. I wouldn't drive while you're feeling like this though, either ask a friend, partner to drive you or use a taxi or bus. I think you should go to a different doctor, hopefully they'll be a bit more sympathetic. I hope you feel better soon p.s. when you find out whats wrong could you let me know please, it might be the same for me!

It could either be that you are anaemic and have a lack of iron or maybe you have an inner ear problem which affects your balance and makes you dizzy. Ask the doc to syringe your ears which will remove any wax build up.

Ask your doctor to perform a glucose test. Keep a journal of when you feel dizzy, times you eat and what you eat, and what you did before you became dizzy. It could be that you are hypoglycemic. It is up to you to keep track of these events. The doctor is a great resource tool, but you are the best judge of symptoms. They go on 90% of what you tell them.

Start by having your ears syringed if you have wax build up because this can cause your problems. It doesn't hurt! If this is not the cause, get your ears thoroughly checked out because you could have an inner ear infection which can affect your balance. Good luck.

Try a daily iron tablet. Women who have had kids normally lack iron. Two weeks of daily intake should give you enough feedback. if that's not it, no harm done.
