I carry. But in Idaho, you can do just that. No permit needed. Just strap on your 6 shooter and walk around downtown. No law broken. Now you will probably get 20 cops questioning you, but it is totally legal. You can just get a CWP too if you choose to keep it hidden.

no. the crime rate would go up. it would be like the old west. there would be constant shoot outs over every little thing.

It's not going to matter either way. Criminals are going to be criminals. But to answer your question, no....you want somebody w/ felonies for crimes against humanity to be able to openly carry a weapon? I don't....
