for 3 whole years i did !! and although it increased a bit my waistline it was worth it.

i cant remember the names of any dishes but any rice dish tastes good just it takes long hours to prepare but like the other person b4 me said teh crunchy rice at the base of the dish tastes best, or else the potato samozas are excellent.

there are many sites that teach u to coookpersian just google it up.

Hell yeah! My uncle is Iranian. I like the lamb with the green sauce, the eggplant and chicken with dried lemon things and cucumber sauce. But the best is the crunchy rice at the bottom of the pot.

certain, & i appreciate this food. In U.S., center jap, Greek & Mediterranean ingredients have a tendency to be blended at eating places. yet one eating position right here in Chicago places its cuisines less than Persian as well. i appreciate that those cuisines are so healthy & tasty. I not in any respect %. favorites, although.

ive eaten iranian food and it was not very good. I f you are looking for good middle eastern food go for afghanistan food. The best ever.

No, I've never had any, but I've heard its pretty good. I wonder if there are any restaurants around the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. I'm going to go look now. Thanks for the idea. Sounds good!
