My understanding is the in Florida it costs about $9,000 not counting future job losses and inconvience.

In Tennessee you go to jail overnight to sober up. They may suspend your license also. Its different from state to state.

you go to jail, get charged, put on probation, go to drug/alcohol treatment once a week
really depends on judge and the system
i recommend getting a lawyer
