I have 10 years sales experience in the auto industry. I am currently employed as a Finance Manager for a local car dealership in Billings, MT. While I am very good at my job,I am looking for a career that doesn't pay on commision. I would like to get into a field where I can help people. Any job openings out there for someone like me?

You may want to look into the banking industry. Although you may not make as much.
I know a guy in the same field as you and he was telling me that the people that he worked with in Atlanta were making 500K per year. You will never make that much in banking unless you are the CEO.

No we don't hire those types of people here in America you have to be willing to work for nothing and never complain and always kill yourself lifting very heavy things.
