Like disfigured or just ugly? I wouldn't put my child up for adoption for either but if it was a disfigurement issue we have the best Drs in the world to fix whatever might be wrong. I am blessed with 4 beautiful healthy kids but it doesn't matter what they looked like when they came into the world..they are mine!

What kind of a question is that? No---No---NO - take that baby home and love it and let it grow and even if it has no physical attraction to look at, it can still be a beautiful person. There are many attractive people to look at but such ugly ways that I would prefer the less attractive.

NO, I would never do anything like that, but I can see the question being asked in todays' age with knowing ahead of time about deformities and abortion. If being ugly was the only reason, that would be extremely shallow.

NO WAY! How horrible, and plus all babies look a little..weird, when they're first born. So it could turn out to be absolutely beautiful. But really it's what's on the inside that counts.

Yes I would keep it but then again, I don't think that I could ever look at my child as being horrifyingly ugly

OK this the funniest question I have heard in a long time! LOL but you know what the old wives tale is.....if they are ugly when they are babies they will be pretty adults.
But on the real, no I would love my baby and it would be the prettiest baby in the world to me!

No NORMAL mother WOULD give her BABY to addoption...she IS no MOTHER THEN....Coz if u accepted to have a baby YOU have a RESPONSABILITY towards HIM. I would TORTURE the motherz WHO do THAT
