After numerous commercials (more than 30), a stint on the Oprah Winfrye Show, Jared Fogle has now published a book titled: "Jared, The Subway Guy: Winning Through Losing, 13 Lessons for Turning Your Life Around". Wow! His fame probably all started from a letter and/or photo that he or an employee of Subway submitted to Subway Headquarters. We should be so lucky! He justly deserves a lot of his prestigious from losing all that weight; 245 pounds eating only Subway's turkey and vegetable sub sandwiches. It took him just over 11 months of subs to reach his goal--no easy feat! It helped, I'm sure, that he walked to and from the nearest Subway. I don't know how Jenny Craig got her start in the diet-program business. But a week's worth of Jenny Craig-supplied meals and supplemental snacks cost $137.65. Jared Fogle's informal -- but, for him, effective -- Subway Sandwich Diet was less expensive at $68.60 a week.

That is a very rude thing to say after he lost so much weight. I admire him for sticking with it and losing all that weight. I am happy for him and hope he is happy now too.
