You get a meeting by inviting God into your heart and mind. The Holy Spirit is the only teacher you will require as described in John 14 and 1 Corinthians 2:10-16. God is not going to take you. There is no ending. You should seek a merger with God so that "God's omnipresence is your omnipresence" (Paramahansa Yogananda). The process to achieve merger is through imitation of God's love, peace. joy, kindness and selfless devotion while eliminating any aspect of darkness that remains in ourselves.

You do not need to die to meet God. Go into a quiet room. Turn off the lights, close your eyes. Do not fall asleep. Concentrate on God. Do not think about anything else. Do not think, "Am I doing this right?" Or, "I really need to change the oil in the car." Once you get these intrusive thoughts under control God will become apparent. Good luck.

You can NOT 'meet with God' in any physical way while you are alive. You can, however PRAY and he will be 'listening' and he will answer you, but you may not be able to 'see' that it's the answer to your prayer if you don't know 'how' to 'look' ...

I had a friend who prayed to God for 'patience' because he had a job that made him deal with a lot of 'really stupid people' and he felt he didn't have the patience for that. One night, as he was praying, he realized that those 'really stupid people' were sent to him by God, to teach him patience. The next day at work, he realized that the 'really stupid people' were not nearly as 'stupid' as he'd thought, but were scared, or in pain, or were just asking him for a 'helping hand' ...
You do NOT have to 'get on your knees' to pray, nor do you have to 'fold your hands in a certain way' ... and really only two words are 'needed'... God, HELP ... but you have to 'listen with your heart' and open your eyes to the wonderful world around you. And don't ask when He will 'take you away' because you are ALIVE RIGHT NOW and even if you can't 'see it' just yet, there are WONDERFUL THINGS ahead of you.
Then, if you are thinking of 'killing or harming yourself' in any way, GO TO A MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC and talk to a doctor or counselor there. They may not even BELIEVE in God, but they are there, by God's grace, to GIVE YOU HELP to get through this 'tough time.'

u don't need to die in order to meet Him.just love Him,tell Him that u neeeeeeeeeeeeeed Him to be with u.i tell the truth i told Him that and He -the Most Merciful- met me.Not face to face ,but i love Him and He seems to be satisfied to me,i melted my soul into His Holy Spirit and He protected me,i heard Him,i spoke to Him,i knew that He is the best and the only friend.Love Him truly and sincerely and He will guide u.love Him for HE DESERVES LOVE.
