Could it be my dress sense? I usually wear a boiler suit and wellies.
I feel at my most comfortable in these.

My preference is for green wellies although I do wear black ones for a change now and again. I fish so also have waders but cannot relax in these out of water.

*chuckles* Aren't boiler suits generally reserved for work atmospheres, or have I been washed away by a new fashion trend?
Though a girl won't make her decision on a man based strictly on his choice of fashion, it is a large contribution to her initial attraction. You may want to reserve your "comfy" suits for working on the car and going to work. Are you comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt? Surely there is something out there in the fashion world to your liking so you can boost up your social and love life again.
Don't overdo it though: still be yourself. You don't want a girl to think you're putting on a show to attract her.

well, it's kind of like cause and effect.
the less confident u are, the less attractive u are (no offense). no matter what u wear, if u have confidence, smarts, a good smile, manners, are positive, and are not awkward or shy, u have a LOT going for urself! but if u feel sad, depressed, ugly, gross, or uncomfortable in ur style, then u may have a problem
good luck, and just do what u can to stay Positive, Healthy and Happy, and that will attract similar people to u!

if u wear a boiler suit and wellies other than for work no woman is going to want you. comfy or not you need to make an effort.

Yes, you need to change you dress and look more approachable.
Dress up in a nice suit or slacks and a shirt. Most women like a welled gromed guy. We do not like to see guys in lounging clothes all the time.

start wearing those nicer shirts that button up...they are really good looking and most people like them...if your not into that put a tee shirt over the button up ;)
