White smoke is an indicator that you may have a blown head gasket.
Do you smell anti -freeze inside the car?

On the transmission on the bottom there is big drain plug and right above that about the middle of the gearbox there is the fill plug. Pull the fill plug and you cant overfill it and pour in gl 4 gear oil to the top of the hole or until it starts running out, so don't worry you cant overfill it.

grey white smoke is usually a sign of coolant entering the combustion chamber.....probably a head gasket. the coolant will be causing one of the sparkplugs to not fire, thats why it runs rough and stalls. pull each plug out one at a time. one of them is gonna be real clean. open the oil cap, is the oil frothy?

You overfilled the car with too much oil, check your level and drain it out to the correct level. You might need to change the spark plugs, you may have fouled them out, thats why your car rattles when it runs.
