Sure do.... it happen to me last night as a matter of fact. I had just taken a bite of rich chocolate cake and my boyfriend asked me a serious question. As I did not answer right away he looked at me like I was crazy for taking so long to chew. Damn....give the girl a break I had chocolate cake stuck to the roof of my mouth!!!

Yes, I do hate that. What I usually do though is:
1. If it's an "urgent" question, I cover my mouth so that I can talk with food in my mouth without being completely gross and without anyone seeing me chewing.
2. Put up the "1 minute" sign by raising my pointer finger.
3. If it's a yes or no answer, nod, shake my head, or say "mmmhmm" or "nnn-nnn."
4. Leap across the table and strangle the person.

If they are rude enough to do that then I am rude enough to answer with my mouth full and I make sure I open extra wide when I talk. I also smile real big when I'm done talking so they can enjoy seeing the food stuck in my teeth.

It has happened to me, and I point at my mouth and keep on chewing and only when I have finished swallowing the chewed food, I then answer.

I have noticed this too, it also happens at restaurants - the waiter/waitress comes over and asks if everything is alright when everyone has their mouth full

Well i do hate..but if u answer and then food will dropp out of yr mouth then they'll be so discusted that they'll never ask again..:D

yeah, when I don't answer them right away 'cuz I hate to swallow the food, they can get mad 'cuz they think I ignore 'em, but if I talk with mouth of food, they think its gross.. urrghh!!
