the elctric shocker is from a bbq grill lighter (the long gun looking lighter) how do i shock my self and other together? please be specific!

OK, we just talked about this in my physics class. Electric lighters such as yours use "Piezoelectricity." This refers to the fact that some types of crystals, quartz for one, will develop a high voltage potential (but only a very tiny current) when they are bent or compressed.
Your lighter has a little striker similar to that in a pop-up pen. the striker pin hits the crystal, momentarily deforming it, and producing a very short (microsecond) pulse of high voltage, low current electricity. The total electrical power is very small, due to the tiny current and very short duration of the pulse, but it is enough to startle your friend.
in order to use it, you'll have to disassemble the lighter and remove the little sparking mechanism. It is just a little push button deal-y with two short wires coming out. Strip the ends of the wires (if they are not stripped already), and you are ready!
If you want to shock both you and your friend, hold his hand, and have each of you hold one of the wire ends. Electricity can only flow through a closed loop, or "circuit". So if you do not hold his hand or touch his bare skin in some way, the circuit is broken and current can't flow.This is why all electric cords have at least two contacts, so the current can flow *through* the appliance. Remember, the electricity has to flow through a "closed loop."
By the way, I would advise against trying to shock unsuspecting people, as they tend to not take it very well.

I'd run an insulated wire up your sleeve and down the other, so that you don't get shocked and only they do. You could also put the thing in your pocket and run the attached wire up your shirt. There's no guarantee that, without the wire, it will travel to them instead of going to ground through you. It can be any wire, yank one off your speakers or something. Or go to a hardware store.

It won't work. The voltage that the piezoelectric crystal in the lighter forms is between two electrodes in the lighter. The voltage difference and the current will only manifest itself between the electrodes and will not travel through you to someone else. Sorry !

Stick the ignighter in your anus, lick your palm and grab some one's hand, then sit down on the sparker. If that doesn't shock you and someone else you are wierd.
