I need help with JAVA for a class assignmant....PLEASE HELP?!?!?!?

I have to make a Google-type popup. I have to make a window pop up and it has to have a title at the top ("Gogle" no color needed, nothing fancy, just a title.), a text box, and two buttons (they don't have to do anything, they just have to be there....

can ANYONE help me, PLEASE?!

I'm TRYING to do my work. I asked for help. That is what this site is for. I have most of my code written but I don't have the correct program to run it on. I gave details so that just in case someone could HELP me, they would know what I was trying to do. Thank you for the website anyway.

Google(I dont know what service you mean when you say just Google) does not use Java for pop up window. Are you talking about Java GUI frameworks or simply Java script that would let you open a new browser window?

If its HTML for which you want a pop up window you would need to do something like


Click this page and window.open() is called.


In the newpage.htm write html to put whatever you need.
If you are talking about Java GUI framework then refer to API docs for Swings/SWT/AWT

Note: you have not mentioned the complete scenario.
