Magnetic polarity?
Every magnet has a north and a south pole. In bio-magnetic terms the side of the magnet attracted to the earth’s South Pole is designated as the North Pole of the magnet. The side of the magnet attracted to the earth’s North Pole is the South Pole of the magnet.
In other words... Each person, when both see the benefits of conformity to a mutual place of causation of reason, switch place, flip over, or changes something about themselves to reverse the mangetic repulsion between them to a copacetic polarity.
People are energy... They follow the same principals really. Just change the words around and there you go!
Both have to be aware and in favor of the change in order for it to work. It is a delibrate counterbalance of energies between people by a slight change of position, stance or attitude.
When you find yourself in a negative mindset over anything or with anyone... Change the energy input to it's opposite effect to achieve the desired outcome.
