first, call the courthouse in the county where you were divorced, inquire as to the cost of a copy of your divorce decree.-also ask for an address where payment is to be sent.
after that mail a check or money order for the amount specified and any information that might be relevant to the case. (case #, names, etc) to the address they gave you, within a few weeks you should receive the copies.

No, you need to go to the Montgomery County Court of Records. Tomball does not hold the divorce records only the county clerks office.

Call the municipal courts and ask who you can talk to about sending you a copy. Here it cost .25c each page to copy it and regular postage. Try also checking it out on line to see if they have a section that you can click into on public files and print out a copy if they have it on their public records.
