As long as you keep the diet healthful, it should be alright. Brisk walking for an hour a day, four to five days a week in combination with a diet consisting of whole wheats, vegetables, lean proteins, and fruit should do good. Really go for colorful vegetables (i.e. leafy dark green vegetables especially--they have more nutrients) and avoid eating less than 1200 calories a day.

Not trying to be a smart aleck either. No magic diets out there.

I've had success by incorporated portions of south beach. It was a good read but I didn't follow the program as specified. I wasn't interested in losing weight quickly. It talks a lot about eating foods that keep you full (like whole grains and unprocessed foods). That helped a lot. The trick is curbing your appetite and keeping a healthy exercise regimen (walking,etc.)

The best type of diet for TTC are ones like the Zone diet or South Beach Diet.

all diets are heathy. and do it 4 times everyday, you will have a good chance of getting there, and your man will pound the 10 off.
