you need to call up the helpline from a landline and they will give you a number to put in.

not sure buddy. with my phone (which isnt a nokia) you usually push the last numbers of your phone number. my keypad takes 4 numbers and originally, to unlock it, you just push the last 4 numbers of your phone number.

I have a Nokia. I don't know if it's the same. Try 'Menu' then *. I think you have to press them within 5 seconds of each other.

take off the battery and put it back again the mobile will be unlocked then change the key code from settings....:)

take the battery out and turn it on again you then need to reset the password on the settings menu before it goes on again.
