You can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex. It doesn't matter if you are on your period or not. All woman ovulate at different times. So yes, you can!

Absolutely! Honey, take it from me you can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex. Being on your period doesn't change that no matter what rumors you hear. I had a child at 18 because I wasn't careful and I advise you to use protection at all times unless you're ready to be a mom.
If you don't like or want to rely on using condoms then getting on the pill is a great back up method...just remember the pill doesn't protect against STD'S.

Yes, some people did get pregnant like that
Second, you are having sex at 17
If you old enough to have sex than do these things
1. See a doctor: get on birth control and check for ST D's
2. Never have sex without a condom
3. Use a spermicide
If you do these things, it's the best chance of not getting pregnant. Also, with ST D's
If you old enough to have sex, then do these thing
Good Luck.

gonna go with no, you haven't even ovulated yet.

How can I tell when I'm ovulating and most fertile?
Figure out when your next period is due to begin and count back 12 to 16 days. This will give you a range of days when you will probably be ovulating. For women with a 28-day cycle, the 14th day is often the day of ovulation. To use this method, you must know how long your cycle usually lasts.

there is always a chance, but it very unlikely. you have to be ovulating in order to conceive. most women ovulate 14 days after the first day of their period. so if you are on a "regular cycle" then the chance you got pregnant is slim to none.

No not usually. Most women can only get pregnant when they are ovaluating which occurs (for most people) two weeks after/before your period. Everyone is different - but chances are slim.

Quick answer: Yes. Anytime you have UNPROTECTED sex, there is a chance. A small chance is still a chance. It doesn't matter when, if he cums inside you, then there is always a chance.

its unlikely but known to happen in a few rare cases. if you don't want to get pregnant you should definately seek birth control and condoms need to be worn to prevent std's;
