I have heard that people have been successful but Im none of these people are people I know so I too would like to know as a good friend of mine wishes to claim money back too.

Give them a good reason and most banks would rather waive the charge than loose your custom

yes my boyfriend did he got about £1200 back was owed £1500, think he would of got the lot if he'd of took it further, but he wasn't expecting that, it's illegal because they are not meant to make a profit from charges and they are making a hefty one, Go for it u have nothin to lose

i posted my claim to my bank for my charges last friday and gave them 2 weeks to reply and cough up , so im waiting but im not holding my breath. although everyone ive spoken to has successfully done it
