I would compare them to illusionists. It is easy or sometimes comforting to believe, but they are really just masters of reading people. Whether they are evil or not depends on the individual and their intentions, in my opinion.

Well if you look at it one way, they're evil. They're faking people out in order to take their money and that's evil. I saw one one time, and I think she was probably evil.
If people truly believe they are psychic, then I would say they are very spiritual.

I think about 99% of them are fakes. The remaining 1% are probably fake as well, but I like to keep my mind open...
Does this make them "evil", no, just misguided or con artists.

Most psychics are con artists. Some have what is called a " familiar spirit", a demon that gives them their information. All psychics are dangerous.

They are definitely not holy, but not necessarily evil. They're just fake.

I think they are individuals. So there would be some of each, some neither, some other things entirely.
