In my case I get a sense of pride when someone says, "nope I don't like that one." and then my adrenaline kicks in, and I suggestively persuade them into bringing out what they want.

My mortgage is the main thing that keeps me coming back. Its hard when you have a decent paying job that you don't really like. You can't walk away from the pay.
